This Privacy Policy sets forth the types of data OraSure Technologies, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliates ("Company" or "us") collect from you when you use our website, how we may use that data, to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it, and how we protect it. Where is your data stored?

Company securely stores your data at Belgian and North American data centers. Colleagues located outside the European Union will be able to add, consult, and adapt the personal data. Since we operate globally, we process data both inside and outside of the United States, where Company is headquartered, or any other country in which we or our affiliates are located, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities. The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the European Union − in these instances, we rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders. You hereby consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside the European Union.
